I called Darren on Monday morning to ask if he could help me with an ignition fault. He put me at ease and said that he believed he knew what the fault was but confirmed that he would come to my house later that day to diagnose the issue and provide a quote for fixing the same. As he suspected during the call, he found the issue immediately and talked me through what the issue was, what had caused it and what he could do to fix it. He even put on a temporary fix which isolated the fault to help me gain back confidence in my car. That evening, he provided me with a quote to come back to my house and complete the repair the next day. He even offered to fix a broken cigarette lighter free of charge. The next day, Darren arrived and completed the repair within an hour. Throughout the whole process, Darren was upfront about costs and showcased a wealth of knowledge in identifying the fault, completing the fix so quickly and, explaining the technical issues in an easy to understand but in-depth way.
