1. On-the-spot repair
If no replacement parts are needed and the issue can be fixed within an hour of arrival, there will be no extra cost for the repair.
2. Replacement of faulty components
If the issue requires a part replacement and the repair can be done on-site, we’ll provide a written estimate covering the cost of the part and labour. Once approved, we’ll return with the replacement part and complete the repair at an agreed time. In most cases, our technician can return within one to two hours if the part is available locally. There is no second call-out fee – you only pay for the part and labour.
3. Workshop repair
If the issue is too complex to fix on-site or requires further diagnostics, we’ll discuss the repair costs with you. If agreed, we will recover your vehicle to our workshop for further investigation and repairs. Once completed, we’ll notify you that your car is ready for collection or delivery.
4. Estimate for future repair
If you choose not to proceed with the repair immediately, we’ll provide a written estimate valid for 30 days. You’re welcome to contact us at any time to schedule the repair.
